Had a crack in a tooth that had a previous root canal that was infected. It was extremely painful. I cannot say enough about the Dr and staff in the care and technique that was done in completing the painless sealing of the crack and new root canal. Absolutely no pain once the anesthetic was done. Great service and and a job well done.

for my 1st aprt Wichita Endodontics was supposed to call me to set up aprt. After not hearing from them for two weeks I called my regular dentist and than Wichita Endodontics called me. If I called and had a question the staff was slow to return my call. Wichita Endodontics put in a prescription for me and I was never told about it. I just happened to pick up another prescription from my regular doctor and found out about it. Wichita East Endodontics needs to work on their communication with patients.

The staff seemed very cold and robotic. I felt like just a number to them. They seemed like they were just reciting memorized instructions. Also someone from the staff called and asked me to come in 30 min early, but they didn’t call me to come back to the dentist chat until 30 min after my originally scheduled time. And then I waited 45 min in the dentist chair after I was given the numbing shots. I was starting to think they forgot about me.
