Wonderful experience! If you have to have a root canal, this is the place!

for my 1st aprt Wichita Endodontics was supposed to call me to set up aprt. After not hearing from them for two weeks I called my regular dentist and than Wichita Endodontics called me. If I called and had a question the staff was slow to return my call. Wichita Endodontics put in a prescription for me and I was never told about it. I just happened to pick up another prescription from my regular doctor and found out about it. Wichita East Endodontics needs to work on their communication with patients.

The staff seemed very cold and robotic. I felt like just a number to them. They seemed like they were just reciting memorized instructions. Also someone from the staff called and asked me to come in 30 min early, but they didn’t call me to come back to the dentist chat until 30 min after my originally scheduled time. And then I waited 45 min in the dentist chair after I was given the numbing shots. I was starting to think they forgot about me.

Dr. Judd did a fantastic job on my root canal. This is the 2nd one he has done for me. Dr Judd and all the staff are extremely friendly and he always answers any questions I have. Not a fan of root canals, but Dr Judd makes the procedure easy and will put you at ease. Highly recommend Dr Judd and this staff at Wichita Endodontics west for all your endodontics care!
