Your entire staff was terrific to work with. Dr. Hoffman and his dental assistant helped me to feel calm and explained things to me ahead of time so that I would know what to expect. While I feel like this is the year of our Lord 2025, and the anesthetic injection tool should be much more advanced than it is, 😉 My experience was great for a root canal! I was aprehensive when I entered, but honestly it wasn't any worse than getting a filling or a crown. I appreciated the little mouth 'guard thingy' that kept the water and debris from going down my throat... Both the doctor and hygenist were very kind and responsive to questions, they did a great job of putting me at ease, and the whole experience was quick and relatively painless... My recovery has been great, with the only pain after procedure being from the anesthetic injection sites. Would definitely return again if future procedures are needed. 🙂
