My wife and I have both received root canal therapy at Wichita Endodontics from Dr. Craig Hoffmann, and each time all staff members and Dr. Hoffmann took time to go over every detail in advance and make us feel very comfortable about the procedure. The treatment was painless and complete and removed all decay preparing the canal for final closure by our regular dentist.

Dr. Andy Luong was personable and professional. He briefed the planned procedures and answered all questions. He acted with adept competence to exacting standards. He was swift and thorough. I highly recommend Dr. Luong. His Dental Assistant, Kira, was informative and competent. She put me at ease while she prepped for my treatments. Very pleased I went in for the root canals. My pain is gone. I have regained use of the tooth and bridge crown through which the root canal was effected. Amazing work.

I had a great experience (under the circumstances). I have no complaints about the staff or the actual procedure. I've had a lot of dental work done and this was one of the best experiences I've had at a dental office.

Staff other than the doctor spoke very fast and softly and with the masks on it was difficult to hear and understand at times. I often had to ask them to repeat themselves.

Everything was very professional and easy. Dr. Perry and Lesley were great at explaining what was taking place and very friendly and engaging. The only issue I was not happy with was the practice not being a part of the the Network for my UnitedHealthcare ATT Advantage plan. But I was well taken care of and appreciate all off the staff's efforts.

The overall tone of the office was not very friendly or even welcoming. I realize that at 83 I am not the norm. The soft chairs are attractive, but they are very hard to get up from. A chaperone in the hall will surely leave me in the dust. Your practice is set for the average person and his needs and not everyone fits into that description. You asked for my feedback, I hope it is helpful or at least interesting.
