I could not be more pleased with Dr Andy Luong. He explained everything thoroughly and kindly. I was expecting the procedure to be much longer and more uncomfortable. I absolutely will return to him if I need any other endodontic procedures.

I would have any work done by Dr Butler & that says a lot from someone who gets high levels of anxiety going to a dentist. I was going in thinking I needed to have a sedation pill to get this procedure done but Dr Butler’s consultation made me feel confident that I could do the procedure without it….and it went great!

Dr. Luong and his staff were super friendly. They explained what would occur in a clear way so I knew my options and what to expect. Dr. Luong went above and beyond to assist me knowing that my dentist was out of town. He took care of an issue in house to prevent me from having to drive hours just for a filling. I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Luong to future patients.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Staff was very clear about what I was going to experience during my procedure and answered all of my questions. Dr.Luong was very nice and very helpful in explaining things and answering questions. The procedure was painless and went very well. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for these services. If I ever need them again I would not hesitate to return to them.

Dr. Judd was amazing. He answered all of my questions and really "held my hand" through an extremely traumatic day. He is the reason that I would return and/or refer family and/or friends. The office and office staff felt cold and unkind. The front desk lady was hard to understand (she spoke very quietly) and her whole office area was dark (no lighting) so she was hard to see/communicate with. When I asked about payment due- she didn't give any options for a large payment due and just said "yes..." when I asked if it was all due today. Dr. Judd's assistant seemed very knowledgeable, but her bedside manner was lacking. It felt as thought she was not able to take a step back and provide empathy for the situation- which was an emergency appointment. She spoke very fast and her mask made it very challenging to hear her clearly. I felt as though she did not provide any supportive words or information during the procedure. Coming in as an emergency appointment-I would have really liked more reassurance and information.
