Always asking if I was okay & explaining what was taking place. Dr Hoffman was also excellent,, taking care during the root canal, informing me what he saw in the tooth.

The nurse working the procedures lacked conversation skills but was not unkind. I was disappointed nobody really communicated about nitrus and I had to initate that conversation when I previously had told the office I would be using it. It seemed like there was a disconnect between plan and procedure and it left me lacking confidence in the practice.
