After waiting for two weeks to get in due to a mistake in scheduling, I was taken care very well. The doctor and assistant were extremely patient and professional. The treatment was completed in good time and I felt really cared for. thanks, Dr. Hoffman and his assistant. (sorry I forgot her name, but she was wonderful.)

My overall experience was very good even though my procedure did not go as I wanted it to, it was not do to the efforts of the doctor or any of the staff. All staff members were very friendly, courteous and down to earth. The staff made every accommodation to make my visit comfortable.

Everyone from the front desk coordinator, dental assistants and Dr. Hoffman were very helpful, friendly and social. They all made the process quick, easy and surprisingly painless. The office itself had refreshments and was very cozy which made me feel comfortable and relaxed before going in for a root canal. STRONGLY RECOMMEND!

I am amazed that my second visit was even more comfortable than the first. I never even felt a prick from the numbing needles and the follow up medication has kept me totally comfortable. Aside from the strange sensation of a numb side of my face, I have not had any discomfort. Please take whatever trip team building opportunities you can to keep this group together. They work amazingly well together.

I had an abscessed tooth, which caused the worst pain I have ever experienced. I was started on an antibiotic on a Friday and by that evening I was absolutely miserable despite 3 doses of the antibiotic. I called the emergency number and Jill was very sweet and sympathetic and said they would find a way to work me in Saturday. When I called Saturday am, the receptionist was very kind. Originally she scheduled me for 2:30pm, but after speaking with Taylor, the assistant, she immediately called back and told me to come in so they could numb me and get me out of pain. They worked quickly and Taylor and Lynn were so sweet and kind. Dr. McMurtrey was so pleasant and not a single thing hurt during the entire appointment. He was quick and efficient and the girls were so down to earth. It was the most pleasant dental experience I have ever had. They were busy and I know I added an extra stress, but they never once made me feel that way. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I have not had an ounce of pain since that appointment (I think I was hurting so bad before). Absolutely no complaints here!
