Your receptionist is beyond exceptional! She was friendly, helpful to a fault, and on the return visit, recognized me and had the needed paperwork completed as I walked in the door. She is a great asset to your operation. She even offered the latest copy of Oprah Winfrey's magazine before, no doubt, she had had an opportunity to read it. (I declined, since that is way beyond my reading level! :)- The dental assistant was also very accommodating and considerate, obviously competent in her part of the procedure. Dr. Hoffmann was pleasant and professional, taking care to make me feel at ease. I almost "complained" because there was so little pain both during and following the procedure. I hope I never need your services again, but if I do, I'll be back.
