I was had a necrotic tooth that painfully came on suddenly and they worked to get me in the next day. Dr Butler was caring, efficient, and readily explained the on-going procedure while maintaining attention to my comfort.

Dr. Craig Hoffmann was amazing. He is extremely professional, thorough and put me at ease. Before we started the procedure, I told him how most dental professionals hit the nerve in my lower jaw when they inject the numbing medicine. However, Dr. Hoffmann was very gentle and took his time injecting the medication. He never struck the nerve and I could tell he was doing his very best to be gentle and not hit that nerve-- which I greatly appreciate! The only thing I recommend or would have liked changed was the prescription of pain medication. I was given a few pills when I came in a week prior with this extremely nerve pain. I had enough pills to make it to the appointment, and unfortunately, I only had a few left when the day of the procedure came. My jaw was pretty achy after the numbing medicine wore off, and it is still pretty sore yet, so it would have been nice to have enough prescription pain medicine to ease my discomfort. So even a small prescription after my procedure would have been very helpful and GREATLY appreciated.

Dr Devine took the time to explain the diagnosis, procedure options, and steps. He was patient, calm, kind and checked in throughout. It was evident he was good at what he did and I was confident in the care I was getting (and I’m generally nervous regarding dental procedures).
