The office staff was thorough. I felt safe in their care even though I had shaking hands a tearful fear of getting a root canal. They communicated with me each step of the way. They played music and had conversations between staff members through my procedure. This helped me get a since that they really enjoyed working together as a team. I even learned which songs they liked most as Dr. Divine hummed through some of my favorite songs too. I breathed deeply and was able to relax during the procedure which really helped ease my own muscle tension decreasing my jaw fatigue of being stretched open for so long. initial impact for treatment was painful to begin, but dr. and staff worked to mitigate issue quickly and with minimal discomfort. Overall procedure went well and results now 2 days out have been very good.

Though there was a miscommunication regarding the initial day I had set up the appointment, in thinking it was the time to get the work done, I will say that things went smoothly, better than I expected, when the actual work was done. The staff did a good job of making me comfortable while all the work was completed. Though dental surgery isn't a fun experience, I appreciate how the doctor and staff explained everything and got the procedure finished without any issues, and how they kept me relaxed.
