I was put at ease from the moment I walked up to the reception desk throughout the entire procedure. Nikki, the assistant was very informative, thorough, very kind and helpful. She explained the overall process & reiterated right before each step of it. Dr. Hoffman was friendly, professional and communicated throughout the procedure. It was relatively pain free, and I had absolutely zero pain when the numbness wore off. Root canals are not supposed to be a pleasant experience, but this one came close. The nurse that worked with doctor, Sammy Jo was very calming and explained everything to make me relaxed for my procedure. I was in so much pain leading up to this appointment that I was afraid for anyone to touch my tooth because of the pain I was in. She and the Dr did a great job.
