Sam made the process go very smooth, she explained everything very thoroughly and walked me through each step. I have anxiety and fear of needles, but she was great, she had me walking out of the office smiling. Katie at front desk was awesome! She explained the invoice and very understanding and kind.

I have a serious phobia of going to the dentist. Filling out the required paperwork in advance made it easier for me to explain my anxiety. It also expedited the dental appointment when I got there. Very convenient. The dental tech who came in to do my x-rays and some of the initial test was very professional and nice. I felt like she cared about me and how I felt and if I had any pain. I received excellent care from Dr. Butler. For a root canal I didn't have any problems whatsoever. I would willingly go back and recommend them.The dentist came into the room and talked to me about my anxiety and then he went over what he was going to do and why. I had called prior to my appointment with numerous questions about insurance and coding. The staff were more than willing to tell me what the codes were, what they meant, what my responsibilities would be and what the insurance would cover. I felt very well informed going in and knowing what my bill was going to be.
