Everything was explained in detail before my procedure. I was made comfortable and they let me know how everything was during my procedure. I received instructions from Dr Long and his assistant what to do if I experienced problems in 24-48 hours. Everything in the office was new technology and the chair was comfy!

This office is AMAZING!! I can't get over how beautiful the interior was! I was in complete awe, truly. Also, the staff was so nice and Dr Jacob Butler was incredible. He and the hygienist worked so smoothly together. Again, I was in awe about that! I have more than great things to say about this place and I highly suggest!

This was my first visit with Dr. Butler and his team. They were all very kind and patient. They understood my fear of having the root canal done. I have had one in the past at another facility and it was very painful. Dr. Butler did amazing and it did not hurt! I was very satisfied with how the overall experience was. This is my second root canal at Wichita Endodontics and I would highly recommend their services. They are very professional and make you feel at east about the whole procedure and they thoroughly explain everything prior to the procedure. If necessary, I would definitely go back there again.

The Dr did not introduce himself, not once did he explain what he was doing, never asked how I Was doing. The lady who was assigned for my care was outstanding!! I Heard my assigned doctor tell someone on the phone his name, otherwise I would never have known his name. I believe he is a wonderful doctor, excellent at what he does but he must have forgottten, on Monday, a few "chairside" manners. Wish I could remember the assistants name, she was so excellent, explaining everything, extremely professional and caring and stayed right with me until someone helped me pay and check out. I would highly recommend your office.
