General Information

The fee for your endodontic treatment will be based on the extent of treatment. Endodontics Fees may range from $775.00 to $1500.  As a courtesy to our patients, we do submint insurance claims, however, we will never put money ahead of  your health, but we do ask that you be a responsive concerning your account as we are concerning you dental needs.  Our office is contracted with Delta Dental and BCBS of Kansas ONLY, our office is not contracted with any other provider of dental insurance.  

All patients with other insurance coverage will be asked to pay their estimated co-pay at the time of service which is usually about 20-50% of our fee, depending on your particular plan, benefits remaining and insurance carrier.  Please keep in mind that filing insurance claims is a service provided by our office without charge, and in no way relieves you of your financial responsiblity for your bill.  Your  insurance coverage is a contract between you and your insurance company.  our office will allow 90 days for your insurance company to respond to the claim.  If, after 90 days, your insurance company has not paid, you will be finanically responsible for making full payment of any balance due at the time. 

If you do not have any dental insurance coverage, we will ask for full payment at the time of the service.    We do not make payment arrangements. 

We do accept all major credit cards, cash, check and we offer a payment plan through Care Credit 1-800-859-9975.  They offer 12 months interest fee  as well as other payment options.  No in office payment plans are available.
